Kayte Malik
Whether it is buying or selling real estate, Kayte’s
goal is to assist clients achieve both their personal
and business real estate goals. As a multimillion
dollar produce and a leader in closing listings aggressively,
Kayte’s diverse business background which includes
Real Estate, Finance, Investment Banking and Telecommunication
gives her a deeper understanding of real estate in
Charlotte and across the country.
Originally for Upstate New York and a graduate of
St. Bonaventure University in New York state, Kayte
studied business information systems, played field
hockey and was the president of her class. Post
college, she spent time both living and working in
Chicago and Philadelphia before moving to Charlotte
in 2006.
Kayte is very involved with the community which
included Chairing Charlotte’s Center City After
5 in 2008 and is the Charlotte Junior Chamber’s
Vice President for Business Development for 2009.
